Eagle Packaging Machinery offers a self-locking carton tray forming machine for octagonal-shaped boxes. Using flat, blank cartons, this machine automatically folds and tucks the 8 panels to the box and locks them in place. Maximum output speed is 20 trays per minute, according to the company. Box sizes range from 14" by 14" by x 4.75" to 18" by 18" by 5". Standard features include a touch screen control panel with command settings. The sealed ball bearing v-wheels add reliability and longevity to the machine, according to the company.
