AIB International is hosting a Food Safety and Sanitation for Food Plants seminar to address the increasing number of food and petfood products being recalled each year due to failures in food safety programs.
The seminar will cover what food and petfood manufacturers need to know about developing and maintaining successful food safety programs, including employee training, regulatory requirements and more. The Food Safety and Sanitation for Food Plants seminar will take place January 28-31, 2013, in Manhattan, Kansas, USA.
