Hollymatic has six different food formers, with capacities from 1,200 patties per hour to 7,800 patties per hour, the company says. Hollymatic machines feature self-feeding product hoppers, side notch paper feed systems and electronic counters/stackers. An optional Roto-Flow Fill System is also available on some models.
