ACS Valves CI series rotary feeder valves

ACS Valves CI series of rotary feeder valves are designed for bulk material processing of harsh or abrasive materials. This CI series handles pressure differentials up to 15 PSIG and the outboard design protects the bearings in applications to 750 F, according to the company. The valve series features an 8-vane rotor design along with simultaneous 2-vane inlet and outlet seals maintains accurate pressure differentials, reducing compressed air requirements. The CI series valves are available in cast iron, and 304 or 316 stainless steel, in sizes from 10-to-44 inches. Rotor configurations include: closed-end, metering, shallow-pocket, Teflon-coated and adjustable-tip.
