The JWC Environmental Monster Separation System integrates the company's Screenings Washer Monster line with a series of fine screens to provide solutions that meet specific site needs and sizing requirements. The fine screen portion of the system incorporates a continuous band of perforated stainless steel or UHMW panels with openings sized to meet plant requirements. Screened solids are directed to the Screenings Washer Monster, where grinding takes place prior to solids separation to remove soft organics from the discharged product. The material is then conveyed, compacted, dewatered and discharged.
