A-B-C Packaging Machine Corp. Model 101 case packer offers quick-change features for packagers running multiple sizes and packs of bottles. The company says the machine can reduce downtime up to 30% compared to conventional changeover practices. A three-step process completes the changeover: Unbolt and replace the gripper assembly, slide product guide rails to new settings and select the container style at the operator control panel. The Model 101 packs glass and plastic bottles, metal and composite cans and many styles of cartons.
