The Miller Weldmaster I4500 Indexing System is designed to weld all narrow webbings and wide reinforcement strips and produce welded truck tarps and pergolas. All webbings are pre-fed, pre-cut and positioned by the indexing system without measuring. The system features a carriage with two independent heating systems to accommodate multiple welding widths, an automatic rotary webbing cutter and a custom weld roller support for minimized material handling. The I4500 is configured for all power sources worldwide and equipped with a PLC Smart Screen, allowing for instantaneous recipe recall and reducing production set up time.
