Avure Technologies offers the QFP-350L 600 high pressure processing system. The system is the first of its kind to be manufactured in the USA, according to the company. It has a working capacity of 350 liters per cycle and a maximum working pressure of 87,000 psi. The 350L is most commonly used to process juices, ready-to-eat meats, ready meals, processed fruits and vegetables, as well as being used to shuck and pasteurize seafood.
