The Pro-Tector metal separator from Material Process Equipment is designed for use in gravity-feed pipes with continuous flowing granules or powders. The separator removes metal from products as the product moves across the integrated drawer magnet. The ferrous-free product then continues through a gravity-feed metal detector. The Pro-Tector uses twin layers of rare-earth magnets, and the quick-clean feature allows the operator to clean the unit in less than 10 seconds.
