The Tip-Tite drum dump feeder from Flexicon Corp. seals drums against a discharge cone, tips the drum and feeds bulk material into downstream equipment. The drum platform is raised by a single hydraulic cylinder that creates a dust-tight seal between the drum rim and underside of the discharge cone. Available in stationary and mobile configurations, the drum dump feeder is offered with cantilevered flexible screw conveyors in custom lengths oriented horizontally or at an incline. The system accommodates drums from 30 to 55 gallons.
