NuTec Manufacturing says its 760 food former is designed to process tough, hard-to-form products at a pace of up to 6,000 pounds per hour. The machine's rotary vane pump feed system gently portions product, according to the company. NuTec says the food former is completely hydraulic and has a variety of mold plates, with adjustable drive speeds from 15 to 80 mph.
