Rotex Global LLC offers a replacement and repair program for screener drive heads with a two-year warranty for reconditioned drives. The company uses only original factory-quality components for the three service options: exchange, reconditioning and new drive service. Rotex also provides immediate shipment of a stock head drive in emergency situations. Upon reconditioning of an old drive head, the customer receives a credit for the salvage value of the returned drive.
