Good, a social network website for social good, and Purina One petfood brand have selected 15 former shelter pets as finalists in the "Picturing Pets" Challenge. The photos of the 15 rescued dogs are up for vote online until September 17 at 12 p.m. PT.
The contest asked pet owners to submit an inspiring story and photo that celebrates how pets make the world a better place. The competition aims to change the perception of shelter pets and show how every pet changes lives.
The winner will have the chance to donate to two animal shelters and win a year's supply of Purina One petfood.
