The AquaLab Vapor Sorption Analyzer from Decagon Devices Inc. is an isotherm generator for detection of moisture in products and pinpointing quality control issues. The analyzer uses Dynamic Dewpoint Isotherm and Static measurement to track changes in the amount of moisture in a product as the water activity changes, the company says. Other features include a USB interface, the ability to operate over a temperature range of 20 C to 60 C, over a water activity range from 0.03 to 0.95 aw, according to Decagon.
