The Thomas L. Green Rotary Molder forms high-definition, three-dimensional pet treats by pressing dough into in a die roll. A cantilevered extraction belt pulls the pieces out of the die roll and delivers them downstream. The interchangeable die roll is made of engraved brass and can be supplied with segmented rings for simultaneous, multiple-shape production. The conveyor nose provides an adaptable transfer point onto the downstream equipment allowing the rotary molder to be positioned into production without disruptive changes to the line.
