ATLINE, a leading engineering and manufacturing partner of robotic production equipment for the pet food and animal feed industries based in Kolding, Denmark, was acquired by Indutrade, a Swedish international technology and industrial business group, in early February.

Founded in 2018, ATLINE, with annual sales of approximately DKK 40 million (US $5.76 million), specializes in automating and enhancing the quality assurance processes in manufacturing plants. Its flagship product is a fully integrated, laboratory technology solution that enables customers to automate and improve manual process steps in the production. ATLINE also offers inline sampling equipment, QA reporting software and aftermarket services. The company has nine employees.

“ATLINE has a strong portfolio of patented products and holds significant technical expertise within its business segment," said Bo Annvik, president and CEO of Indutrade. "It has also demonstrated the ability to grow organically in a sustainable and profitable way and has significant potential to expand to adjacent customer segments, making it a valuable addition to the Indutrade family."
