A cover page/email providing the abstract title and the name, address, telephone and e-mail address of the corresponding author must be provided with the abstract. Indicate in the cover letter if an oral or poster presentation is preferred. However, the organizing committee will determine the ultimate format (oral v. poster) for presentation.
