With impressive growth in event attendance in 2020, the Pet Sustainability Coalition has announced a full lineup of speakers and sponsors for Impact Unleashed, its 4th annual two-day conference. Impact Unleashed is one of the highest rated events in the industry. Past attendees often remark that it is a one-of-a-kind event where leaders shed their competitive approach, in hopes of building a movement of companies that collaborate toward a better future for pets, people, and the planet.
The event’s sponsors also share this die-hard commitment. KONG, a pet toy manufacturer returns as a platinum sponsor for the fourth year in a row, joined by Earth Animal, a holistic pet care company that committed to event sponsorship before the 2019 event had even closed. With the Pet Sustainability Coalition’s focus on sustainable packaging, Morris Packaging and PEEL Plastics both made a financial contribution along with first time retail event sponsor Mud Bay, whose team returns from last year’s event with glowing reviews.
While brands and manufacturers are long-time supporters of Impact Unleashed, they are joined by suppliers and distributors as well. With huge growth in PSC membership from pet ingredient suppliers this year, the event brings in support from MFiber and Veramaris, two suppliers driving innovation in sustainable pet food ingredients. One of the highest rated sessions at the event is the “Colorado Campfire” sponsored by distributor Pet Food Experts (PFX), hosted by PFX President Michael Baker, will build on his success with 2020 campfire sessions that drew in thousands of retailers hungry for transparency, dialogue, and comradery.
In addition to a financial contribution, many sponsors are contributing to the “Box of Good(ies)”, along with Boulder, Colorado-based brands PACT Apparel and Quinn snack that will be delivered to the first 250 registrants.
With a live studio in Boulder, CO, the event is viewable globally through a virtual platform. The Coalition expects 500+ attendees this year including executives and sustainability champions along with hundreds of attendees new to the sustainable business space from retailers to brands, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Pet industry professionals of all types can access just the keynotes and the new curated exhibit hall at zero-cost while others can purchase full workshop access, leader panels, and special VIP sessions through full-access virtual tickets or team tickets.
Pet industry professionals interested in aligning their business with environmental and social impact in order to attract and retain top talent, reduce supply chain risk, increase consumer loyalty, and decrease bottom line costs can now register at www.impactunleashed.petsustainability.org.
