Dynamic Conveyor Corporation embedded diamond ThermoDrive belting for food conveyors is designed to aid the release of sticky products on DynaClean conveyors. Using ThermoDrive embedded diamond top belting on a DynaClean conveyor reduces food product loss when conveying a sticky product, according to the manufacturer.
The diamond pattern is embedded onto the surface of the belt, both sides of the drive flights and synchronized sidewalls. ThermoDrive solid surface belts are homogeneous thermoplastic with 100 percent closed surfaces. These belts drive on sprockets and are not under tension.
