Brookfield Engineering Laboratories offers the TA-NTF Noodle Tensile Fixture for its CT3 Texture Analyzer. The Noodle Tensile Fixture is designed to test the extensibility and tensile breaking strength of noodles, pasta, and other similar food items. Brookfield will work with the customer during instrument start up and training to develop the testing methodology required to provide consistent test results. The lower and upper grip assemblies are included when the fixture is purchased.
