Mettler Toledo Ltd. offers the CM3570 CombiChecker checkweighing and metal detection system. Set-up and configuration for both the checkweigher and metal detector are done at the checkweigher control panel. Product changeovers result in automatic adaptation of each inspection device to the new package parameters. The system is customizable and can be built from many available mechanical options including conveyors, guide rails, transfer plates, dual locking reject bins and a variety of rejector types. The metal detector and checkweigher are matched to deliver optimum performance in difficult applications.
