Ruben SantanaRuben Santana is the Global Director of RD&A for Kerry Pet Wellness & Nutrition. Ruben holds a Food Science Master’s degree from the Hohenheim University in Germany with 28 years of experience in the human and pet food industries. Over the past 17 years, Ruben has been leading product innovation for wet and dry food and treats for numerous leading pet food companies including the development of plant-based meat emulates, reformed meat and “chunks in gravy” products that deliver cosmetic appeal to pet owners.
