Pet food product development, marketing and new product launches, new facilities construction, etc., all share a common aspect as projects that must be managed according to resources, time, and quality. This is a discipline that we manage in the pet food industry on a regular basis. Unlike aeronautics, and automobiles and other massive projects, we manage multiple projects in our space on a rapid and overlapping schedule. So, what we do in pet food differs from most other industries outside of human foods. This webinar forum will discuss best practices beneficial to the trade. Featured speakers will include Gail Kuhlman, Ph.D., Technical Fellow, Research & Development, Mars Pet Care; Jeremiah Carter, Project Manager, Corporate Project Services; and Anthony Schmid, CPS Engineer, Corporate Project Services.
