Dr. Bowser is an associate professor with joint appointments in Biosystems Engineering and the Food and Agricultural Products Center at Oklahoma State University. In 2003, he became co-director of the OSU Center for Palatability Studies for Pet and Animal Foods. He is a food process engineer with over 20 years of experience in industrial and academic settings.
