The ACS Valves CDC-CI Series rotary valves are designed for high-volume bulk material processing and production applications where upstream and downstream equipment configurations require a drop-in-type valve profile. The barrel on the rotary valve is cast wider and taller within its housing profile than conventional valves, ensuring the dimensions of the CDC-CI Series housing profile remain consistent with industry standards. With a design that provides strong inlet and outlet sealing, the valves maintain proper pressure differentials upstream and downstream while reducing compressed air requirements. The CDC-CI Series rotary valves are available in cast iron or stainless steel, in flange diameters between 6 and 12 inches and heights between 12 and 25 inches.
