The Boxxer AutoLock Case Erector from Eagle Packaging Machinery LLC uses no tape or glue when erecting RSC/HSC style boxes with auto-locking bottom. The AutoLock takes folded blanks from its high-capacity hopper and erects them. The erected case moves along the in-line process, the bottom major flap is folded up and the two minor flaps are folded into the box. Running at speeds up to 25 cpm, it is built with a low-maintenance mechanical drive, heavy-duty welded steel frame and interlocked safety gates and doors.
