Among the items that must be included in such a plan is the requirement that a "qualified individual" prepare and oversee the entire process.

Canada's Global Pet Foods is pulling China-made pet treats from 160 of its stores, effective immediately. This decision comes on the heels of US-based Petco and PetSmart releasing statements of similar intent, though their move is voluntary (Global Pet Foods' is mandatory) and not immediate.
