Dr. Kelly Swanson, Director, Division of Nutritional Sciences The Kraft Heinz Company Endowed Professor in Human Nutrition, and Professor of Nutrition and Nutrigenomics, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign
Dr. Kelly Swanson is a professor at the University of Illinois, specializing in the intersection of pet nutrition and gastrointestinal health. His expertise lies in exploring the impact of diet on the gut microbiome and metabolic processes in dogs and cats, using the principles of nutrigenomics to help advance pet nutrition.
After completing his post-doc at University College Cork (Ireland), Dr. Menton joined Kerry where he’s held numerous positions including Global Cell Culture R&D Manager, Pharma-Biosciences R&D Director and Technical Business Development Manager
