Originally from South-Africa, Laurentia van Rensburg has a Master’s degree in Animal Science from the University of Kentucky, USA. After receiving her graduate degree, she worked for the University of Kentucky as an extension associate before she joined Alltech in 2005. With more than 20 years experience in the animal science and nutrition industry she has worked in South-Africa, EU, Latin America and the North American market as well. She currently serves as the Commercial Head of Nutrition as part of the Alltech Technology Group. As a pet owner herself, Laurentia is passionate about companion animal health and nutrition and how we can improve our pets health span through nutritional strategies.
