Parsons-Eagle bag hangers allow for picking, placing and filling of pre-made paper and plastic bags for free flow and semi-free flow products such as pet food, pet treats and pet litter.
Bag placement of up to 50 bags per minute per lane can be achieved. The machine handles a variety of bag styles and sizes. Bag styles include paper or plastic gusseted Flat-Bottom Self Opening Style (SOS), Stand-Up Pouch (SUP), and plastic Side Gusseted Bottom Seal (SGBS) with full or terminated gussets. Bags with or without press-to-close or slider zippers can be supported. Bag sizes range from 6 inches to 14 inches wide and 11 to 24 inches in height. The “No-Bag, No Product” and “Automatic Picker Recycle” control features reduce product and packaging waste. The color touchscreen operator interface with setup menus allow for operation and product changeovers. No tools are required for product size changeovers.
