Vortex Valves' HDPV2 slide gate can be used in a variety of applications for handling sticky and/or abrasive powders. It features a wide bonnet, long body frame and replaceable nylon insert on the rising clevis. The valve’s design incorporates an o-ring seal through the bonnet and utilizes reusable precut gaskets to eliminate material leakage, as well as incorporates an air cylinder mount cast into the frame.
