Charles Ross & Son Company offers a planetary disperser and discharge system turnkey package for high-viscosity, multi-stage mixing requirements. The system features the Ross PowerMix, which consists of a stirrer blade and saw-tooth disperser, as well as a Ross discharge system, which is capable of high-throughput production of viscous dispersions up to about 2 million centipoise. The PowerMix and discharge system are installed on a common raised base that allows for product to be discharged directly into pails underneath the vessel.
