Vortex Valves’ Quick Clean Orifice Gate is designed to handle dry bulk ingredients. The design of the gate allows the valve to self-clean on the opening stroke and has no dead pockets or hidden areas that could cause cross-contamination of materials. Protected from the material stream, the seals are made from hard polymer that compensates for wear over time. The upgraded latch assembly on the Quick Clean Orifice Gate is fully adjustable.
