Brand's Best Friend wins Hyer's 2025 Breakthrough Culture Award

Pet-focused e-commerce agency Brand's Best Friend has received recognition for workplace culture practices among 100 companies nationwide.

Brand's Best Friend, which specializes in helping pet brands grow on Amazon, Chewy and Walmart, received Hyer's 2025 Breakthrough Culture Award for fostering exceptional workplace environments and driving growth through employee-focused practices.

The award is designed to recognize companies that demonstrate people-first workplace cultures, with recipients evaluated on employee sentiment, innovation efforts, growth metrics, and leadership transparency.

"We're honored to be recognized by Hyer, especially for something so core to who we are," said Dave Wosik, president of Brand's Best Friend. "This award validates our belief that when you invest in people, everything else follows — stronger teams, stronger partnerships, and better outcomes for the brands we support."

The agency said its workplace culture centers on transparency, integrity and partnership principles that extend to client relationships. Brand's Best Friend maintains open communication practices, clear expectations and mutual respect among team members while applying the same standards to client work.

Hyer, a global workplace culture insights company, presented the Breakthrough Culture Award annually to companies demonstrating exceptional employee-driven innovation and leadership transparency. The 2025 award cycle recognized 100 companies across various industries.

Brand's Best Friend said it provides brand strategy and e-commerce marketplace services specifically for pet industry companies, focusing on platform optimization and growth strategies for major retail channels.
