The mixer is composed of three independently-driven agitators working in tandem: a high-speed disperser, rotor/stator and low-speed anchor. Sanitary designs are standard on stainless steel 316 wetted parts polished to 150-grit finish or higher, the company says. Optional features include: vacuum-capability, clean-in-place spray nozzles, temperature probes, interchangeable jacketed mix vessels, powder induction capability, sight/charge ports, control panels and PLC systems.
