Nestlé has appointed Jeff Hamilton, head of Purina PetCare Zone Europe, as CEO of its Zone Americas division, effective July 1. Hamilton will also join the company’s group executive board.
He succeeds Steve Presley, executive vice president and CEO Zone Americas, who will retire on April 30 after nearly three decades with the company.

Hamilton began his career with Purina in the U.S. in 1991 as a sales representative and has held various leadership roles globally. His previous positions include President and CEO of Nestlé Canada, head of Nestlé’s U.S. Foods Division, and Vice President of Marketing for Nestlé Purina Asia, Oceania and Africa. He has served as CEO of Purina PetCare Zone Europe since 2021, based in Switzerland.
Hamilton holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
