Ireland-based C&D Foods acquired French pet food manufacturer Continentale Nutrition after the Commercial Court of Boulogne, France approved the purchase on July 1.

Mondi acquires Turkish flexible packaging manufacturer
Mondi Group announced the acquisition of Kalenobel, a Turkish flexible packaging manufacturer, for €90 million (US$100 million) on a debt-and-cash-free basis. Kalenobel, headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey with two production facilities in Kırklareli, Turkey, will become part of Mondi's consumer goods packaging business and will be renamed Mondi Kalenobel.
