Prefera Pet Food UK has launched a new pet nutrition brand called Bound, a range of liquid supplements for dogs and cats delivered in a pump format.
The portfolio supports dog and cat needs including daily probiotic, joint mobility, skin and coat, digestion, calming, immunity and specialist cat issues such as hairball support. The range, made with natural active ingredients including plant-derived compounds and fish oils, was developed to offer retailers an alternative to the tablets, powders and soft chews that currently dominate the supplement category.
The new range will be available exclusively to independent retailers through Pedigree Wholesale starting in August and will also be stocked by Just for Pets stores.
A range of high-meat, grain-free ambient wet food for dogs and cats will also follow under the Bound brand later in the year.
