The Charles Ross & Son Company Vertical Blender features an auger that turns on its own axis and a mechanical arm that rotates the auger around the conical vessel. Designed for mixing powders, pellets, granules and fibers, the blender can also be used to vacuum dry slurries, wet cakes and pastes. The lack of a bottom supports allows complete material discharge, simplifies cleaning and reduces cross-contamination. Spray nozzles can be installed for liquid addition and coating purposes. The Vertical Blender comes in standard sizes between one and 500 cubic feet.
