Made of stainless steel, the cylindrical trough includes a pneumatically-operated dome cover. The solid one-piece agitator shaft features kneader/ paddle blades that turn at five to 45 rotations per minute. The paddle blender is driven by a hollow bore, explosion-proof motor.
