Neighbor Pet Food, a Portland, Oregon-based fresh pet food producer, has rebranded from its former name, Fetch, to reflect its Northwest roots and commitment to locally produced pet food.

The company, which has grown from home delivery subscriptions to being sold in over 70 retail locations in the Pacific Northwest, is now planning a public investment offering to secure capital for further expansion.

"We are making a commitment to the holistic well-being of the entire family, including the emotional wellness of pets and their people," said Audry Henniger, the newly named president of the company.

Henninger said the increased sales have driven the company to expand its production facilities in Portland and hire its first CFO. The founder of Neighbor Pet Food, Paul Mardesich, said the company’s board recently approved a public investment offering to generate seed capital for further growth. Until now, Neighbor Pet Food has been financed by the founders and private investors with expertise in the pet food industry and consumer products.

"We have a unique opportunity to have Neighbor Pet Food be owned by pet parents for pets," said Paul Mardesich, the company's founder. "This will truly be a local Northwest company owned by your friends and neighbors."

The company plans to broaden its product range with new recipes for both dog and cat food, developed in collaboration with local chefs, while also supporting community pet rescue efforts through its financial success.
