Earthborn Holistic Pet Food will plant more than 11,000 trees this spring through its ongoing environmental initiatives, including a social media campaign for Arbor Day and an in-store partnership with Pet Supermarket.
As part of its Arbor Day effort, the company pledged to plant one tree for every comment received on Earth Day social media posts shared by its brand ambassadors. The campaign generated over 7,000 comments, resulting in more than 7,000 trees to be planted.
In addition, Earthborn Holistic will plant 4,300 trees through an in-store promotional campaign with Pet Supermarket.
These efforts build on the company’s year-round “UPCs for Trees” program and its long-standing partnership with the nonprofit Trees for the Future. To date, Earthborn Holistic has supported the planting of more than 1.2 million trees globally.
