
Zesty Paws has announced a new contest to find its first-ever chief taste officer (CTO), awarding one dog or cat a $25,000 prize and a year’s supply of Zesty Paws products. The initiative is part of the company’s ongoing Flipped Tails campaign, which highlights pets’ perspectives and the pet-owner bond.
The contest, open from April 30 through May 16, invites pet owners to submit an Instagram Reel showcasing why their pet should be chosen. Eligible entries must tag @ZestyPaws, include #ZestyPawsContest in the caption, and feature a public Instagram account. Judging criteria include creativity and pet personality, with voiceovers from the pet's perspective encouraged.
“Zesty Paws knows that while we see ourselves as the caretakers, our pets take care of us too – giving us snuggles, loyalty and unconditional love,” said Mafe De Alba-Williams, director of growth marketing for H&H Global North America, parent company of Zesty Paws. “Why not reward them with a prize of $25,000 so they can buy all the toys and treats that their heart desires?”
The winning pet will be featured in upcoming brand marketing content and will participate in a professional photo and video shoot. The winner will also receive a $1,500 Zesty Paws gift certificate.
