Hill's Pet Nutrition has appointed Wendy Boise as executive vice president of people, promoted Keith Wilkinson to senior vice president of global customer development and hired Carolyn Belloni as senior vice president of customer development for Hill's US.
Boise has spent 26 years with Colgate-Palmolive, Hill's parent company, in human resources roles. She most recently served as executive vice president of global talent, learning and organization development. In her new role, Boise will focus on culture, team development and leadership across the organization.
Wilkinson will lead Hill's customer development strategy worldwide, overseeing efforts to expand the company's presence and strengthen retail and veterinary partnerships internationally. He joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2005 as a customer marketing executive based in Ireland. He became director of retail marketing for Hill's US in 2017, general manager of Hill's Mexico and Latin America in 2019, and later led the Hill's US Customer Development Organization.
Belloni succeeds Wilkinson as head of the US Customer Development Organization. She brings more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience in pet care and consumer packaged goods. She most recently served as chief sales officer at Targeted Pet Care, where she directed commercial strategy and led partnerships across e-commerce, pet specialty, and grocery and mass retail channels, including relationships with Chewy, Amazon, PetSmart and Petco.
