Inflation has had a significant impact on how consumers shop for their groceries, forcing them to be more cost-conscious than ever. Additionally, generational changes are affecting purchasing decisions as younger consumers gain more buying power.

Because of this, poultry producers need to consider how they can best reach the cost-conscious consumer in 2023 and beyond.
