Cheese is found in several pet foods and treats; maybe not as the main ingredient, but certainly as a flavor or complementary feature to entice pets and their owners. Cheese promotes fun and diversity to their otherwise pedestrian flavor choices. It most certainly is a part of humanizing pets and sharing our world with them. It is both an indulgence and a tool. So, is cheese good for our pets? Perhaps. There aren’t any health warnings about cheese, and it has some interesting nutritional components, as well.
