ProMach, a global leader in processing and packaging machinery, has acquired KelCode Solutions, a provider of industrial marking, coding, and labeling systems.
The company said the acquisition strengthens ProMach’s labeling and coding business line, expanding its ability to support key industries. KelCode Solutions, founded in 2007 by Tim Kelley and based in Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S., offers a comprehensive range of equipment such as inkjet and thermal transfer printers and laser marking systems that ensure traceability and regulatory compliance.

KelCode Solutions and its employees will join ProMach’s operations under the ID Technology brand, led by group president Alan Shipman. The expanded product portfolio will be supported by ProMach’s extensive network, which includes five manufacturing plants, 17 regional sales and service offices, and 10 label converting facilities in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
