Alphia has appointed Will McDade as chief financial officer (CFO), where he will oversee accounting, finance, IT, procurement, legal, and mergers and acquisitions for the North American pet food manufacturer.
McDade brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, operations and strategic transformation across consumer products and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he spent 10 years at Interstate Batteries, a North American battery brand and distributor, serving as CFO and secretary before being promoted to chief operating officer in 2024. At Interstate, he managed accounting, finance, IT, strategy, procurement, quality, customer service, and M&A functions.
Before Interstate Batteries, McDade held senior leadership roles in supply chain and finance at Keurig Dr Pepper for 15 years, where he led a five-year transformation program.
