Reliance Consumer Products launches affordable pet food brand in India

RCPL enters India's pet food market with Waggies brand products for dogs.

Reliance Consumer Products Limited (RCPL) has launched Waggies, a pet food brand targeting the Indian market with products priced starting at Rs 199 (US$2.36) per kilogram.

The brand offers formulations that include herbs, DHA, vitamins and digestible ingredients. The product line features two tiers: Waggies and Waggies Pro, with the latter priced starting at Rs 249 (US$2.95).

"Waggies is formulated to deliver superior value - balancing enhanced nutrition with affordability," said Ketan Mody, executive director at RCPL. "t comes with key benefits of extra protein, prebiotics for digestive support and it provides balanced all-day energy along with joint health, skin and coat health.
