Tractor Supply Company has introduced a new addition to its exclusive 4health line of premium pet food. The new product, 4health Shreds, is designed for adult dogs and blends crunchy kibble with protein-packed shreds.
“Choosing a dog food is one of the most important decisions you make as a pet parent,” said Kyle Murphy, vice president and divisional merchandising manager for pets and services at Tractor Supply. “4health Shreds delivers a taste and texture dogs love, as well as the nutrition to support lean muscle development and active play, all at a great value.”
The 4health Shreds formula includes immune-supporting antioxidants like zinc, selenium and vitamin E, along with glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate to promote joint health. It also features omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids for skin and coat health, as well as probiotics and natural prebiotic fiber for digestion support.
Tractor Supply stores will carry three 4health Shreds varieties — Chicken & Rice, Beef & Rice, and Lamb & Rice — all made with real meat as the first ingredient. The product is available in 5-, 18- and 35-pound bags.
